Marjie Gilliam is a multi-certified Master of Fitness Sciences Personal Trainer, Fitness consultant and owner of Marjie Gilliam's Custom Fitness Personal Training Services (CFPTS), a business dedicated to helping individuals develop healthier lifestyle habits.  Services include networking, consulting and counseling for those interested in careers in the health and fitness industry, Personal Training with advanced exercise program design, and product testing and marketing. She is an International Sports Sciences Association Representative, an established freelance journalist, newspaper columnist, and has authored hundreds of articles devoted to health and wellness.

Marjie is a Corporate Advocate and columnist for the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports Presidents Challenge. 

CFPTS and the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports (PCPFS) strive to make the health and fitness of all Americans a top priority, and provide a series of programs designed to help improve anyone's activity level, young or old.

It is about understanding individual goals and objectives, and putting together a complete, customized plan of action tailored to fit those needs. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced exerciser, support, motivation and proper guidance are extremely important to help keep you on track.
