Jim Harter At 43, Jim has lost a total of 52 pounds and has done an amazing job of transforming himself with the right nutrition, strength training, and aerobic training programs. For example, one of the hardest areas to firm, tone and define are the abdominals. Jim is proof positive that with the right custom designed diet and exercise program and proper training you CAN have the abs you desire. When Jim decided to begin his exercise regimen, he weighed 220 pounds, was on medication for high blood pressure, and had other weight related health problems. In June of 2000, Jim was down to 210, and has since lost another 42 pounds! He now weighs in at 168, and looks fantastic, as these photos of him show. His determination and willingness to work hard for what he wants has certainly paid off. Congratulations and keep up the great work!!
Some stats:
Blood Pressure dropped from ~ 140/95 to 115/65
Heart Rate dropped from 96bpm to 58
bpm (sitting)
Cholesterol was 229 with HDL at 50,
has dropped to 200 with HDL at 80
**UPDATE: Jim, now age 48, is enjoying all of the benefits of his healthy lifestyle!! He is a competitive natural bodybuilder, finishing his second contest at age 46 on August 21st in Heath, Ohio, taking 4th in the Master’s and 5th in the men’s open (middle weight). Jim continues to motivate and inspire everyone around him. Congratulations!!
